Nice video there! Pretty typical day on the servers, from getting shot up by a Kajman, revived by the gods and then swarmed by enemies and clustered to death, that's about all of the checklist ticked off right there, even the guy using the PMCL against the Panther (a noble effort)
Some tips (gameplay):

Utilise direct channel more for the players around you, it keeps a lot of chatter off the squad net unless it is a target call-out, and will help your leader since he's listening to both that and command channel.
The map is your friend, it has a lot of useful tabs in it with everything from rules to pointers about how the mission works, to links to the wiki (equally useful for more info on each role).
There is a list of client-side mods that are approved for use on the servers, mainly visual improvements and sound enhancements, a list of them can be found here. They might make the experience a bit more interesting depending on your preference if you are new.
Backblast is a thing! That shot with the AT guy and you're standing behind him had me shouting to move, the backblast on the PCML itself isn't that bad but can definitely damage you with the MAAWS and heavier launchers.

Maybe a basic intro/outro but the ending with the squad getting wiped was pretty awesome in itself tbh.
A bit explaining briefly what the Invade & Annex game mode is or even just what your squad goal is, might be helpful to those that don't play Arma/that multiplayer mode but it's not major (and you can gear your squad leader telling you what to do anyway).
I don't mess with video editing too much so I can't really help there. Nice video though and keep having fun on the servers, try out all of the different roles!
