Steam stability issues

Attention Soldiers!

The last few days or so multiple Arma 3 servers including ours have been experiencing connection issues (stuck on connecting or in the lobby).
The issue occurs in random intervals but it usually stabilizes within 20-25ish minutes.

Few other games seem to be having the same issue (Rust, CS:GO and etc.) which leads us to believe the issue may be related to the steam servers.

We're monitoring the situation and we'll act accordingly if a solution becomes apparent.
